Have you received my return yet?

Once your return has been processed, we will contact you via email. If you've tracked your return as 'delivered' to our warehouse but haven't yet received an email confirming receipt, don't worry, we're on it. Depending on the volume of returns we may receive, it could take a few days to be processed into our system. Once you've received your email notification that we have received your return, refunds and exchanges may take up to 10 working days to be processed.
